The Regulus Storefront is a large one story concrete building with a large Neon sign that reads "Regulus Enterprises General Store" in bright blue and red neon colors. The front door is reinforced steel with bulletproof glass, and the drive in window is also reinforced glass with a heavy wooden frame set in concrete.
The storefront inside is immaculately clean, and very busy with goods everywhere stacked neatly on shelves and racks. There are at least eight cameras set up to a recording system in the back security room that is run by a computer, backed up with the processing power of a Pip Boy.
There is a top of the line sprinkler system for fire suppression and in the back room through a heavy wooden door is a drug lab with a restaurant quality ventilation system for accidental chemical spills.
There are two CAWs shotguns on automated turrets, one in the front of the store and one in the back alley of the store to cover the entrances. These are armed with beanbag non-lethal shotgun shells for the first magazine of ammunition, then will switch over to live rounds if attacks persist.
Inside of the store is protected by two Needler Pistols with Tranq Rounds that are hidden in the ceiling but will pop down at a moment's notice.

Gang Appearance:
Regulus Headquarters is a three story brick and concrete building that is surrounded by a ten foot tall security fence with a double row of barbed wire at the top. The fence is automatically electrified through a current running along wiring buried in the ground to all four sides. The gate is secured with a heavy duty set of chains and a padlock. John J. O'Connor and Syriana Deschain are the only ones who have the keys to these padlocks.
There are two large black signs with red lettering set on the front of the fences reading: "Warning! Landmines beyond this point! Do not approach gate without proper Authorization or you will be shot! If you require admittance, contact Syriana Deschain at 140.85 via codec!" Behind the fence, on either side, is a Flamer and a Vindicator Minigun. Anyone approaching the fence from that side without an IFF tracker will be attacked by the turrets there.
The path from the front gate to the front door is laced with IFF detecting landmines. The area around the building besides that is simply laced with regular landmines. There are also multiple security cameras on every corner of the building and through all of the turrets.
On top of the building there are two Javelin Anti-Vehicle Missile Launchers, and one Stinger Anti-Aircraft Missile launcher on an elevated platform, as well as several cameras patched into the security system inside the HQ. On the corners of the buildings are two M489 SAWs, and three RBG6 Grenade Launchers outfitted with 40mm Tear Gas Rounds and 40mm HE Rounds.
These guns will fire upon anyone they detect entering the area of the gates (It's not an exact thing, so it's not wise to test the boundaries of where they'll open fire and where they won't. In other words: Stand back from the gate!) not wearing the proper IFF tracking devices.
There are also six Security NPCs that live on premises. There is Jacob, a delivery man, Mr. Wordsworth- a butler/security officer, Goblin - a massive mutant dog resembling a Chinese fu dog, Lobo - a wolf, Lei Jun Sin - one of many hellspawn that had been cloned from Nim Soo Sin, and the other is Shredder, a mutated cat-creature similar to a lion. Jacob is trained to use and activate the security system in an emergency, and Shredder will attack any strangers she sees inside the building. Mr. Wordsworth is a fixed up Protectron equipped with a Laser RCW (Rapid Capacitor Weapon) on his right arm.
There is also a Flamer and a Vindicator Minigun stationed on either side of the front gate that are constantly moving and scanning for intruders. They are set not to fire on anyone unless they are activated or that person crosses the threshold of the Regulus HQ gates.

Regulus Enterprises is a Weapons and Med Production Company run by Syriana Deschain, which encompasses a family of interconnected subsidiary businesses. These include various small scale manufacturing companies, producing weapons, explosives, armor, and medicine, as well as a formal mercenary arm, Regulus Tactical Solutions (R.T.S.). While all subsidiary companies earn outside revenue, the manufacturing branches also operate internally to provide arms, armor and supplies to RTS members. Such an arrangement allows for reduced operating costs and fewer out-of-pocket expenses to increase the profitability of mercenary contracts.
