His eyes aren't the best, so he has a pair of very thick square glasses taped to his face, and usually wears a tattered old lab coat over his old Med-Tek "Pencil Pusher clothes," a threadbare powder-blue button-up shirt and brown slacks.
He's a man who likes his tobacco, so he'll usually be seen with a cigarette in his sharpened teeth. The skin on his lower jaw and over his right eye is stretched tight though he still has lips, so he can still talk legibly. The skull around his nose gap is visible. Try not to stare.

Anyway. I wandered the wastes for a couple of centuries, getting by by selling and making chems. I've always been good at chemistry, and I'm a lousy shot. Didn't really have a choice except to be useful to every chem-sucking smoothskin I came across.
